HOMEWORK: 24.6.11

Your homework this week is to carry out a traffic survey for near your home. We would like you to record what traffic passes by your house over 5 minutes. Please record what type of transport you saw and how many.

You could record the number with ticks of even use a tally chart.

We will discuss our findings in class on Monday.

Please remember to do this with an adult and stay a safe distance from the road.

Hi everyone,

Your homework this weekend is all about sculptures. As we have been looking at different famous sculptures in art this week , I thought it would be fun if you could try and spot some more when you are out and about this weekend. If you find an interesting sculpture you could take a photograph of it and put it on here! or bring it in to school or even draw it for me.

Our topic next half term is all about Famous People. Your homework over the holiday is to find out about a famous person from the past. Think about why they were famous, when they were alive etc  You can present you findings in whatever way you like. You could even type your information on here.
